The Return Process
Initiate Request
Go to your Account dashboard, find the order, and click 'Return' or file a ticket in the Help Center within 7 days of delivery.
Pack the Item
Ensure jewelry is unworn, in original boxes, and with tags attached. Tape the box securely.
Reverse Pickup
We will arrange a free reverse pickup. A courier executive will pick up the package from your address within 48 hours.
Quality Check & Refund
Once received at our warehouse, our quality team inspects the item. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Eligibility Guidelines
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be completely unworn, scratch-free, and unaltered.
- Returned in the original box packaging with all tag tags attached.
- Hygiene Policy: Due to hygiene and safety standards, earrings, septum rings, and body piercings cannot be returned unless they arrive physically damaged or defective.
- Items purchased during clearance or flash sales are final sale and ineligible for returns or refunds.
Exchanges
Need a different size or metal finish? We offer free exchanges for eligible items (rings, necklaces, and bracelets) within 7 days of delivery.
The exchange item will be shipped to you as soon as the original item passes the inspection check at our central warehouse facility.
